7 Idioms on TIME:

1. Around the clock - If something is open around the clock, it means it is open 24 hours a day.
چوبیس گھنٹے ، دن رات 

E.g. The hotel's service is great, there is always someone available to help you around the clock.
ہوٹل کی سروس عمدہ ہے ، کوئی نہ کوئی موجود ہوتا ہے 24 گھنٹے آپ کی مدد کے لئے 

2. Beat the clock - do something within the deadline: 
آخری وقت سے پہلے کام ختم کرنا 

E.g. We managed to beat the clock and get everything finished in time.
ہم نے سارا کام وقت پر نپٹا دیا 

3. Call it a day/Night - To stop doing something for a while, normally at least until the following day. This can also be used as slang to say something has been ended completely.
کچھ وقت کے لئے کام کو روک دینا ۔ یہ محاورہ کوئی کام بلکل ختم ہونے پر بھی استمعال کیا جاتا ہے 

E.g. Right guys, you’ve worked really hard. I think it’s time to call it a night, I’ll see you all again tomorrow.
ٹھیک ہے لوگوں، تم نے بہت محنت کی ہے ۔ اب کام روکتے ہیں ۔ چلو ، کل ملتے ہیں 

4. Against the clock - Doing something against the clock means you are rushed and have very little time to do it.
جب وقت کم ہو اور کام زیادہ ہو تو یہ محاورہ استمعال کرتے ہیں

E.g. I worked day and night against the clock to get this done on time, and you’re being so ungrateful!
میں نے دن رات محنت کی یہ کام ختم کرنے کے لئے اور تم ناشکرے بن رہے ہو 

5. Run out of time - not have any time left.
وقت باقی نہیں رہنا 
E.g. We've run out of time on this project.
ہم اس پروجیکٹ کی مقرر کردہ وقت پار کر چکے ہیں 

6. Have spare time - have free time.
فارغ وقت 
E.g. What do you do in your spare time?
تم اپنے فارغ وقت میں کیا کرتے ہو

7. In the nick of time - without a second to spare.
عین وقت پر ۔ بغیر ایک سیکنڈ کی تاخیر 
E.g. We got here in the nick of time. Look at all that rain!
ہم یہاں صحیح وقت پہنچے ۔ دیکھو کتنی بارش ہو رہی ہے
